How Do Our Rentals Work?
Trends Mercantile operates on a rental/commission model. We rent out pieces of our store and keep a small percentage of sales. Our rental contracts are on a 1-month basis in order to provide Makers and Small Businesses flexibility in scaling up, or down.
We have rental agreements for as low as 20$ a month, excluding GST/PST. The staggered prices offer a little something for everyone, and the 20% discount on extra shelves makes it easier to expand after the initial jump. If you, as a vendor are interested in these perks included in the rental agreements then fill out the vendor application and we will be in touch.
